Kettmeir was one of the very first wineries to make premium-quality sparkling wines. The cellar uses both methods of refermentation: long Charmat for the Grand Cuvè; and the classic method for Brut and Rosè versions, obtaining wines of supreme cleanness and vibrant energy.
