On Monday 14 May 2012, the Ristorante Palazzo Petrucci in Naples hosts the first evening dedicated to “Quattro mani, cinque sensi” (Four Hands, Five Senses), a sensory journey along the whole length of Italy.
Guest chef: Felice Lo Basso, “Alpernroyal Gourmet” Selva di Valgardena, Bolzano
Lino Scarallo, chef of “Palazzo Petrucci”, will host Felice Lo Basso, chef of “Alpernroyal Gourmet” at Selva di Valgardena, Bolzano.
Intriguing, exciting and surprising dishes from the chefs’ home territories, prepared in tandem and paired with wines from Kettmeir.
